This year, we are celebrating International Women’s Day 2021 (IWD), and the inspiring women who help to shape our lives with a programme of events including taster sessions, a networking event and a Celebratory Toast which takes place on the evening of Mon 8 March.

The events are being organised by Outset CIC through it’s Accelerating Women’s Enterprise (AWE) programme in collaboration with Enterprising Women. We are also working with Building Growth South West, who work to encourage more women into the construction industry, Outset & GetSet for Growth. The activities are supported by the European Regional Development Fund via the Interreg France (Channel) England programme.

Our taster sessions are being run by our amazing female entrepreneurs who have engaged with the AWE programme as well as other Outset and GetSet regional programmes. They are a chance to sample some great activities such as mindfulness, yoga, meditation and fitness classes – all free and available to all women! They are also an opportunity to meet some of your fellow female entrepreneurs in an informal setting.

We also have the launch of a new networking event for female entrepreneurs in the Bristol area and on the evening of International Women’s Day 2021, we are inviting all women to join together to toast the special women who have inspired us – full details available on our social channels.
